- Windows 10 x32, Windows 7 x32, Ubuntu 15.04 x64, Mac OS X 10.10 

[Steps to reproduce]:
1.Launch Firefox with a new profile and visit a webpage.
2.Click Hello icon and hit 'See how it works'. (OR if Hello was used before - click Hello icon and hit the settings gear icon, then select "Tour").
3.Open some other tabs and navigate through them.		

[Expected result]:
2. Hello slideshow is displayed (OK).
3. Hello slideshow should be displayed only on the first opened tab from step 1.

[Actual result]:
2. Hello slideshow is displayed (OK).
3. Hello slideshow is still displayed on the other opened tabs.

[Notes]:
Hello slideshow is displayed on every other tab, regardless if it was opened before or after selecting tour.

The slideshow is following the agreed design - it was decided it should be displayed over every tab as it isn't tab-specific.
