nexus-6p-6 has disconnected from the network again. The attached dumpsys wifi shows that it is only seeing the 2.4Ghz signal. Van, did we configure nexus-6p-6 to only use 5Ghz?

I've disabled the device again so that it will not attempt to recover.

we've had multiple issues with this device. you've mentioned in another bug that sometimes these devices operate better on the 2.4ghz so i wanted to test if there would be a difference.

this device is running into the same issue, authentication problems. i have to forget the network and rejoin, re-entering the password. is there a config file that gets loaded that might have the wrong password or maybe this device isn't storing the passwords correctly?

i put the device back on 5ghz only and confirmed it has a valid IP.

If you think it would help, I have a spare 6p here. We could swap it with the 6p-6 and see if it helps?
:bc, i think that might help. this phone might need to be reflashed?
van: Ok. It lost usb connectivity overnight as well. I will take it out of the pool as unreliable and ship my spare to the office. I'll email you and stephend about the next steps.
