Load a page and create another tab (Ctrl-TAB). Go to another site. Now switch
back to the first page (tab). Some, but not all of the CSS, will not be properly
rendered. Specifically, certain text will be a different color. Now, reload that
page. CSS is properly rendered.

This bug started within the last two days. Previous builds (Friday) worked fine.
Will the color be darker or lighter? Or unrelated?
The improperly rendered text is darker, black I believe (which is the default
text color in the CSS). The text should be rendered in white. Note that this
occurs both for normal text and URLs but not consistently throughout the
page--only the first few instances of white text. HTML and CSS has been
validated by W3.org online validator.

This is not limited just to my site. On www.slashdot.org, the white article
titles may be rendered in a darker color. Not all the article titles, just some.
And again, usually following a correlation between switching between tabs.

Two other observations, perhaps related to the same bug:
* I have seen the white text of the articles on Slashdot "clipped", which is to
say that everything above lower case letters is not drawn in white.

* The following javascript (used by my home page) acts on all tabs within the
browser window: <body onload="window.defaultStatus='Hover the mouse cursor over
a link to learn more details about that link. Click help for more info.';"> This
too seems to be a new issues and related to tabbed browsing...
Almost certainly a duplicate of bug 125795
Depends on: 125795
Indeed.

Reporter, instead of a new tab, open a new window, and take similar steps,
you'll most likely see the same bug.
