Wei downloaded his VPN configuration zip file from https://login.mozilla.com/openvpn. Upon unzipping it, there is a zero sized cert.crt file. Because of this, he can't log onto to VPN server successfully.
After multiple attempts to "revoke and regenerate certificate", each time got a zero sized cert.crt in it.
any update on this? this is blocking me accessing our vpn server, and the services behind it.
thx!

Wei,
Can you please try to generate a new certificate and update this bug with the results?
Yep. I generated and downloaded a new cert. This time the cert.crt file is not zero sized any more.
I imported the config into Viscosity and tried to connect. This time I'm getting an "Authentication Failed" error, which says, "The username and/or password entered was incorrect. Please reconnect to try again.".
I used my corp email address as user name and triple checked I typed in the right password.

Wei,
Please try using "push" as the password, then use mfa to confirm the connection.
That seems to have done the trick.
I think now I'm connected to VPN.
Thanks!
