STR:
1. Open page data:text/html,<script>onclick=function(){return 1};</script>
2. Open Debugger, set breakpoint for 'click' event, click on the page
3. Click "Add watch expression". Wait 1-2 seconds, click "Add watch expression" again
4. Repeat Step 3 ten times if you haven't noticed the bug
AR: Breadcrumbs blink. Stop button in debugger blinks
ER: I literally did nothing. So nothing should blink
