Update addons.mozilla.org discovery pane video

We are working on a refresh of about:addons for Fx48 that features a brand new discovery mechanism, and we'd like to update the "What are Add-ons?" video on the main screen.

The video is about 5 years old and still very good, but the voiceover and some of the featured add-ons need to be updated. It still refers to lightweight themes as Personas.

The .mov file is attached in this bug: https://github.com/mozilla/addons-server/issues/944#issuecomment-205917682

We would love some help updating this if possible.

I checked the video and the requested changes should work .....
Cool! What is the next step?
Needed changes:
1. "Personas" has to change into "Themes" (on screen and voice over)
2. the Firefox logo has to be updated
3. anything else?

We need to re-record the voice over and replace "Personas" with "Themes". Amy, can you please type the text and send it to me.
