In Bug 1261886 :pmac added some useful special case email addresses to the basket client lib that we can use for testing the front-end email forms on bedrock. We should update our existing tests to use these addresses, so we don't actually hit the basket instance. This should improve the reliability of our existing tests due to network flakiness, and also means we don't actually generate real emails via automated test runs.
