Details

Heka is no longer compatible with the latest lua_sandbox code. Upgrading to the latest will improve performance, improve stability (fewer CGO interactions), and most importantly allow us to not have to manage two separate production versions of the sandbox code.
this seems like a good candidate to discuss during the work week.
