let's get a breakdown of how 0.9 is used.. I propose one bit for toplevel vs subresource and one bit for default vs non default port.

to support decision making on the fate of http/0.9, which causes the web some architectural problems, I would like to accelerate the data gathering here

Hi Patrick, have we verified that telemetry data for this new probe is coming in from Nightly users at least? That would suffice in the absence of test coverage for such uplifts.

That's a good thought - yes there are 2 days worth of nightly data in telemetry now.
