When you add directory servers in edit/prefs mail&news/addressing, the Address
Book is unaware of the changes until Mozilla is shutdown/restarted.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Choose edit/prefs mail&news/addressing
2.Click the "Edit Directories" button
3.Click "add" button to add a new directory (or select an existing directory and
click "delete" button)
4.Click "OK" buttons several times to return to browser/messenger
5.Choose tasks/address-book

Actual Results:  When address book is displayed, the left side of the pane only
shows the directories that existed prior to the changes.  If you shutdown
Mozilla and restart Mozilla, new directory changes are present and everything
works as expected.

Expected Results:  Address Book should be aware of edit/prefs changes without
shutdown/restart.
