If the the HTTP Response to a navigator.serviceWorker.register(...) doesn't have the right MIME type, the error thrown (SecurityError) has a generic message.

Release/Beta/Aurora/Nightly still report a generic "The operation is insecure".

Chromium reports instead "The script has an unsupported MIME type ('text/html')."
Sorry, this has been a long standing issue.  I've raised the priority of the existing bug.
