User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.9; rv:48.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/48.0 Build ID: 20160401030216 Steps to reproduce: Command-P (short cut for File->Print...). Select a preset that includes a Layout of 2 Pages per Sheet. Select Print. The file is printed 1 page per sheet. I then tried PDF -> Save As PDF... in the dialogue. I selected a folder for the file, selected Save, and as far as I can tell no file was produced. Actual results: The file is printed 1 page per sheet. For Save As PDF..., no file was produced. Expected results: The file should have printed 2 pages per sheet. For Save As PDF..., the file should have appeared in the chosen directory.

Did you test with both e10s on/off?

(In reply to Loic from comment #1) > Did you test with both e10s on/off? I don't understand. What is e10s (or an e10)? BTW, last night I was able to "Save As PDF..." to a file.

e10s is electrolysis, multiprocessing. You can disable it in Options > General in Nightly.

(In reply to Loic from comment #3) > e10s is electrolysis, multiprocessing. You can disable it in Options > > General in Nightly. I can't find "Options -> General". I can find Preferences -> General (but no mention of e10s there), and Preferences -> Advanced -> General (and no mention of e10s there either), but no "Options". (If it makes a difference, I'm using the MacOS version of Nightly.) I did find "File -> New non-e10s Window". Is that what you mean?

In Nightly: about:preferences#general > Enable multi-process Nightly

(In reply to Loic from comment #5) > In Nightly: about:preferences#general > Enable multi-process Nightly Thanks. Unfortunately, I'm getting ready to go on vacation tomorrow so won't be able to try this (it requires a restart and I don't have time for that right not) until I get back.
