Steps how to reproduce with English SeaMonkey 2.45a1  (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:48.0)  Gecko/20100101 Firefox/48.0 Build 20160308001946  (Default Classic Theme)  on German WIN7 64bit:

1. Launch Browser mentioned above
2. Open <https://unofficialseamonkeynews.wordpress.com/2016/03/30/qa-statistics-for-old-seamonkey-bugs/>
3. Click left from “Status / Resolution” in top left zable cell, 
   push left mouse button → drag mouse pointer right behind “100,00% “
   in bottom right cell
4. <control+c> for copy
5. Launch SM Composer using icon in seaMonkey status bar
6. click into edit area (“Normal view”) → <control+v> for paste
   Bug: top left cell contents “Status / Resolution” not shown in 
   it's cell, but before table

a) Same bad result when paste to new e-mail html-composer, 
   also see Bug 1260140 comment #4 (l)
b) NOT AFFECTED: paste to WORDPRESS new comment WYSIWYG as per 
   Bug 1260140 comment #4 (l)
c) Not a problem related to that particular table, also visible with tests
   with other source tables from  Bug 1260140
d) Copy from SM 2.45 to TB 47.0a1 (2016-02-26) does not show the problem
   (what ever that might mean).

I will try to narrow down version of appearance later.

It would be interesting to know whether also MAC or Linux are affected.
I can confirm this for Windows 2.45a1 x64 en-US VS2015 private build. 2.43 seems not to be affected.

NOT reproducible with unofficial (from <http://seamonkey.callek.net/contrib/>)  en-US SeaMonkey 2.44a1  Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; x64; rv:47.0)  Gecko/20100101 Firefox/47.0 Build 20160208090255  (Default Classic Theme)  on German WIN7 64bit. I can't narrow down any further.

So seems to be a 2.45 regression

Nope. Can reproduce it with latest 2.44a2 x64 en-US VS2015 private build too:
