Details

When I click the minimize button, the window is iconified/minimized to the
taskbar, but is immediately restored, seemingly making it impossible to minimize
the browser window.

reproducible: not normally -- only happens sometimes

version: build 2002020406 (0.9.8 release)
almost certainly a duplicate of bug 120155, which may in turn be a duplicate of
bug 92170.

the description of what i'm seeing is best made by the reporter in bug 120155
(i.e. it only happens with the last browser window), so i'll try to dupe that one.
