I find myself wanting the page zoom to be a little higher when in windows tablet mode. It would help with tap targets.

I think this is easily doable now that Firefox has the default zoom functionality. Maybe worth experimenting? Switching to 110% page zoom when Windows 10 is in Tablet mode seems safe to do (though it's worth noting that Microsoft seems to be backing away from the dedicated Tablet mode, apparently by default it won't switch to Tablet mode when the user removes their keyboard, so maybe when a user has selected Firefox's "Touch" density in Customize it should put the page zoom up to 110%.
