Do you have any customizations / code changes / thrid-party Bugzilla extensions installed?

More interesting is the

which is obviously the broken part.

Currently this sounds more like a support request to me than a bug that is in the code base...

Recently we upgrade our system, upgrade the version apache/perl/python/php due to security request.
then, the search all can't work.
I have no idea about this.

But we don't want to upgrade bugzilla currently as there a risk for it.

Please describe what exactly you "upgraded" and *how* you technically did that.
