In guest mode, adding a bookmark option is not available, so users cannot add a page in reader view to the "Reading List" folder
This works as intended. The "Reading list" is just a special bookmark folder, so if you can't bookmark things, you can't add things to that folder.

Then the "Reading List" folder should not be present in guest mode, because this might mislead users.
