12637 - On startup, only first account shows up in folder pane

When you start up mailnews, only the first account shows up in the folder pane.
However, if you close the sidebar and open it again, all accounts show up.

cc'ing alecf and sspitzer because they checked in code to the account manager
last night.  I checked in code that affects the way folders are sorted.

workaround. (?)

Probably not, but I posted it on the hook so that if I find it, I hope they'll
let me check in the fix.

It looks like some of calls to ClearUserPref are incorrect.  reassigning to
sspitzer.

I've got the fix.

I was *removing* the 5.0 server type pref ("nntp", "imap", "pop3") when you
called nsMsgAccountManager::GetIncomingServer().

This really messes things up, as you can imagine.

I had a good reason, though:  I suck.

getting permission to check in the fix now, and going to send monster email
explaining how to recover.  (you need to add that pref back by hand, or
re-migrate.)
