Increase coverage of the main ping schema in the https://github.com/mozilla-services/mozilla-pipeline-schemas repo. Note that :spenrose has a branch for this per https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1243523#c11 so it may just need a PR.
