Despite it works for me on Linux and any uploaded .jpg is converted to .png after upload, I've got a report the filepicker does not allow to choose .jpg files for a question reply (see the screenshot).

We should check IMAGE_ALLOWED_MIMETYPES in kitsune/settings.py.

I've got a report that it works again (verified today on Windows 10 virtual machine), so probably some temporary Windows 10 issue, which is fixed now.
