Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Fedora; Linux x86_64; rv:45.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/45.0
Build ID: 20160321091500
Steps to reproduce:
I received an email saying I needed to change my LDAP password (I never knew I had one), the email provided this link:
https://passwordreset.mozilla.org/
The email also offered this:
Further instructions on changing your password are at
https://mana.mozilla.org/wiki/display/SD/LDAP+Password+Reset+Instructions.
However following that link just points you back to original reset link.
Actual results:
When clicking on https://passwordreset.mozilla.org/ all I get is a dialog which says "A username and password are being requested by https://passwordreset.mozilla.org. The site says: "Mozilla Corporation - LDAP Login", a viscous cycle if you don't know either your user name or password. I was never able to proceed past this dialog (well actually I could proceed past the dialog if I entered an incorrect value, I would then be taken to a page stating my login failed).
Expected results:
I should have been offered a username reminder or a password reset option but instead I'm stuck in an endless loop of trying unsuccessfully to reset my password.
