Please kick AP 203, serving the eastern 2nd floor. No wifi access is available in this area, and Room Controllers are unable to connect to the Mozilla SSID.
OK, rebooted. Sorry for the delay in getting to this. Do you have access to #netops on irc? If so, you can always find the person oncall for netops by looking at the topic in that irc channel. When something like this comes up, you can check who is on call, and mention them by name in the irc channel, and say, "hey, can you reboot this AP for me?" Thank you, btw, for specifying the AP you needed rebooted -- makes my job simple. Please let me know if things are better? I hate that we have to reboot our APs to fix problems like this, and looking forward to new wifi ASAP.
