Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start Netscape.
2.Navigate to
http://bubblegum.mcom.com/browser/standards/form-controls/tcase/Transitional-doctype/inputReset.html
or to testcase below.
3.Enter any text into second field.

Actual Results:  The disabled button's text brightens when text is entered in field.

Expected Results:  The Disabled button should not change at all.
