1264658 - Please schedule Autophone WebRTC job for mozilla-central

I looked through the skipped WebRTC tests on Autophone and we're not skipping anything there that we're not also skipping on the emulators, so I don't see any reason to hold off scheduling these jobs for central.

We're running more tests currently on autophone than on the emulators. I'd like to see if they are less intermittent on real phones before we disable them again.

bc, can I just add the mozilla-central job to the phones we're currently using for try, or should we keep them separate?

I try to keep the try off of non-try if you know what I mean. That helps prevent try builds from interfering with normal tests. I've looked and with a 10 minute run time I can easily add Mw to nexus-4-6, nexus-5-5, nexus-6p-8 for mozilla-central. nexus-6 and nexus-9 are out due to their limited number of devices. I have a patch which I'll go ahead and self r and land. I'll have to wait for the devices to be idle though due to a limitation with changing a test manifest with pending jobs.
