Details

Pulsebot always (or almost always?) posts commits with delay to bugzilla. E.g. I back something out on mozilla-inbound and create a post with backout url, backout reason, link to push with failure log, link to failure log and relevant lines from the log and are faster than pulsebot. E.g. the delay for https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1257180#c20 was 11 minutes. There was a fix posted 10 minutes after that and pulsebot posted that before the backout: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1257180#c19
we don't run pulsebot. please use https://github.com/glandium/pulsebot/issues to report issues to glandium.

The messages from pulsebot for backouts are delayed on purpose, so that a human can post the backout url *and* a reason why this was backed out, because pulsebot won't guess, and changeset messages usually don't contain a full explanation or link to logs.
