I believe this was due to some flakiness in tests. I re-ran it and it turned green. Perhaps this bug should be to hunt down the cause of flakiness in fast-azure-storage tests instead.

this just travis being unstable...
I just ran the test 100 times on my machine.
Status: NEW → RESOLVED
