1264966 - update /contribute/signup with 6 tasks and email sign up, prep for localization

Let's update the /contribute/signup page with the 6 tasks, email signup CTA and conditional content for visitors from locales as defined here:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1enoseeJr4hxE9W2yKMBXpZL1KQgQny9PvIMuIHrQB2E/edit

Let's have this ready for localization in early May.

This work is in support of the CRM migration.

Hi Jon-

A couple of revisions to:

https://bedrock-demo-schalk-contribute.us-west.moz.works/en-US/contribute/task/encryption/

1.  Please move "Learn more about encryption, why it’s essential and why we need to protect it." below the "Take the pledge" button

2.  Replace that copy with "Take the pledge"

Recommending that the initial state of the task page should NOT include an icon next to the task copy. Further proposing that we leave the task completed state as is – using the green circle w/check icon to indicate the user has completed the task.

Thanks, Michael.  We will move forward without the icon and with the checkmark as it functions now on the demo server.
