+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1265185 +++ I am requesting Level 3 Commit Access for the comm-* repositories, primarily for pushes to mailnews/ and suite/ for which I have been submitting patches since 2015. Ian Neal and Philip Chee have stated in the past that they would vouch for such a request. I have read, and agree to abide by, the Commit Access Requirements.
