Steps to reproduce:
Restarted firefox with multiple tab open
OS : Ubuntu 15.04 with Cinnamon DE
Firefox version : 44.0
Actual results:
Blue color Recover button not clearly visible on the page . as attached image
Expected results:
It should clearly show when restart

Ruwan, do you still see this using a newer version if you have started in safe mode?

Currently on Firefox 48.0
OS : Arch Linux
Desktop Env : gnome 3
No longer having this issue.
