Environment: Nightly
Device: Nexus 9( (Android 6.0);
Build: Nightly 48.0a1 (2016-04-18);

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to planet.mozilla.org
2. Trigger floating text selection action bar
3. Taps on SELECT ALL
4. Pan around the page while text is selected

Actual result:

Floating text selection action bar has an improper behavior, disappears when panning, When triggered is displayed over the Awesomebar

I can't see an error:

* When scrolling the toolbar is hidden to get out of your way. This is consistent with the platform (compare with Chrome for example)
* The toolbar tries to not overlap with selected text. If you select all text then the awesomebar is more or less the last place where it can avoid covering the text. But this shouldn't be a problem? After all the old text selection replaces the awesomebar completely.
