Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:48.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/48.0
Build ID: 20160417030601

[Note]:
- Widevine CDM plugin is installed and enabled.
- User Agent Switcher add-on is installed and set to use Google Chrome as a Desktop Browser
- Silverlight plugin is also installed and enabled.

[Affected versions]:
Nightly 48.0a1

[Affected platforms]:
Windows 10
Mac OS X 10.9

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Firefox and navigate to Amazon videos:
http://www.amazon.com/b/ref=lp_2858778011_nav_shopall_aiv?rh=i%3Ainstant-video%2Cn%3A2858778011&ie=UTF8&node=2858778011
2. Hover the mouse over the videos with available trailers
3. Middle click on the Watch Trailer button to open the trailer in a new tab
4. Wait for the video to completely load and then click on the new opened tab.
5. Close the tab with previously opened trailer.
6. Repeat steps 2 and 3 but this time click on the new opened tab as quickly as possible.

[Expected result]:
Both videos are using Widevine CDM.

[Actual result]:
The video opened in step 6 is using Silverlight.
Please see the attached screencast.

[Regression range]:
This is not a regression.

[Additional notes]:
When the video is left to completely load, in most of the time it is opened with Widevine, but this is also intermittent (there are cases when it's opened with Silverlight even if I wait enough for the video to load).
Looking at the screencast, the first trailer is not starting the Widevine CDM, it's playing back with regular HTML5 video. The second trailer is using Silverlight. So I don't think this is a Widevine issue, it's an Amazon issue.
Amazon says their trailers are not encrypted, but they don't start playback of the trailers if Widevine or Silverlight are not available.
My understanding is that this is a race condition on Amazon's end where it times out the "should I use Widevine or Silverlight" query on slow networks.

This should no longer be an issue. Can you verify that it it is fixed?

Indeed, this is not an issue anymore. I can't reproduce this issue, verified using Nightly 53.0a1 (Build ID: 20170109030209) and Firefox release 50.1.0 (Build ID: 20161208153507) on Windows 10 x64 bit and Mac OS X 10.11.
