[Tracking Requested - why for this release]: Android permafail when Gecko 48 merges to Aurora.

Merge day is in a week, so this needs attention ASAP. Plus the uplift of bug 1258017 already broke Aurora in the same way.

Changing component because there is no animation in the test file.
