+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1263840 +++
As v2.6 visual spec ask, we need to move the font from inside smart-button to outside.
Since the font is made inside the smart-button, we can't put the text inside smart-button anymore. We need to put texts in a DOM element outside smart-button.
It also need related CSS changes.
And possibly the position of icons need to be redesigned.
