User Agent: Opera/9.80 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) Presto/2.12.388 Version/12.18 Steps to reproduce: I got an email with an invitation. There is an ics-file attached. The mail and the ics file were generated with daylight (Marketcircle). At that moment the Mail is downloaded from the server Thunderbird freezes completely. This behaviour is reproducable every time. The ics-file is attached. Actual results: Thunderbird freezes. No action is possible anymore. I have to start in safe-mode with plugins deactivated and have to delete the mail, to make Thunderbird working again. Expected results: No freeze. Just a new mail with an ics file attached. If there is a problem with the ics file it's not expected, that it crashes the whole program.

Your sample has two identical CN parameters on the 2nd ATTENDEE property -> same problem as in Bug 875739.
