Proposed Changes
The labels pref page Edit -> Prefs -> Mail & Newsgroups -> Labels it not vey
understandable to the common user.
Problems:
1) it doesn't say what's it's all about. Just write a line of text explaining
what's all about
2) It looks cleaner when it's inside a "box" like Advanced -> Cache
otherwise labels are cool!
