testing/mozharness/configs/android/android_panda_releng.py still exists, but is not referenced and I can't think of a reason to keep it.

It's funny the things we miss!
There's also androidarm.py which is for 2.3 and likely unused, but it is still mentioned in buildbot-configs/mozilla-tests/mobile_config.py - I'll leave that for now?
