In popup videos , when I play videos ,sound is ok but it just shows black screen

Steps to reproduce:
I go to the link www.ipl.com and open a video. The video opened with pop up screen.
Actual results:
When the video played in pop up screen, I can hear the sound but the screen was fully black. It wasn't show any picture.
Expected results:
It should show the video.
