[Prerequisites]:
- Change "xpinstall.signatures.required" to False in about:config.
- Update the Hello add-on from "https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/firefox-hello-beta/versions/?page=1#version-1.3.0" .
- Set loop.server to "https://loop-dev.stage.mozaws.net/v0" in about:config.
- Set up a Hello call with another person or machine.

[Affected versions]:
Nightly 48.0a1, Build ID 20160421030302

[Affected platforms]:
- Windows 10, Windows 7
- Mac OS X 10.11
- Ubuntu 14.04 

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Simulate an internet connection failure (unplug the ethernet cable or turn off Wifi).
2. Wait for the Hell conversation window to inform you that something went wrong.
3. Reconnect to the internet and attempt to rejoin the conversation.

[Expected result]:
You are able to rejoin the conversation once the internet connection is up and running.

[Actual result]:
"No camera or microphone found." message is displayed after trying to rejoin the conversation.

[Notes]:
- The Guest is informed after a few minutes that the Host has left. This notification is not sent in real time.
- Attached the console log.
