visit http://www.lacaixa.es/welcomeve.htm you are redirected to http://ww2.serviticket.com/cast/validaEntradaBrowser.html after a pop up stated that you browser version is not compatible with Servicaixa.com You are then suggested to "upgrade" to communicator 4.06+ or IE 4+
The root page (www.lacaixa.es) allows access to the site.

OK, the problem is when you try to access the online ticket ecommerce part of the site to buy a cinema, concert, theatre ticket... The link is on the right and is called "Venta de entradas" There is a contact form there: https://www1.lacaixa.es:8093/weblc/wfi0fnew.nsf/wfcj?OpenForm&lang=esp&platf=CAI
