When i switch from Classic to Modern i reliably get a crash with 2002022003 on
win2k, others in #mozillazine see the same. here are some talkbacks from

I crash in the same place if I switch from Modern to Classic and then close the
browser.

build 2002022203 on Win98se. I think bug is on both Preferences and View.
*** Also, in this build, Modern theme buttons are too narrow and there are
spaces in between them. See prior builds for how it should look.
