The java navigation applet does not load, and mozilla asks to check for a
plug-in, but finds none.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.load page.
2.look.
3.thats it.

Actual Results:  Does not load

Expected Results:  should have loaded
Java is not yet enabled in the nightly MacOS X build :-(  This bug is still
being worked on and is currently targetted at Mozilla 1.0. I'm marking this as a
dupe of that bug (88870).
