Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Ffirefox
2. Open tabs tray
3. Tap on the menu button

Actual results:
- Different color of the menu container can be observed. 

Expected results:
- The menu container should have the same color

Note:
- The different color of the container is present in both normal browsing (landscape view) but can be more visible in private browsing.
Will be fixed with the Tab toolbar work - this is not the final design.
