On Shadowsong computer: With hardware acceleration turned off Youtube has choppy video and audio at all resolutions and in both full-screen and windowed mode. With hardware acceleration turned on all the choppy sound disappears and the video only gets choppy at 1080. The problem persists in release version 45.0.2 Uploading about:support document

On Centurion computer: With hardware acceleration turned off Youtube has choppy video at 1080 in both full-screen and windowed mode. With hardware acceleration turned on all choppiness appears to disappear. The problem persists in release version 45.0.2 Updating the driver from 9.18.13.4174 to 9.18.13.4195 appears to give a very minor performance increase, but all issues are still present. From the graphics side, we will retest on 51, where we have most of the unaccelerated video performance improvements in graphics. We can record if things got better, and by how much. I understand that "choppy" is subjective, but it's still worth doing. Don't know if there is any work that A/V team has done on this side and if you want to keep this bug for tracking that.
