With hardware acceleration turned off DuckDuckGo has choppy video at 720 in full-screen

With hardware acceleration turned on there appears to be no visible difference.

With hardware acceleration turned on there is no visible change.

With hardware acceleration turned off Youtube has choppy video at 480 and up in full-screen and 720 and up in windowed mode.

With hardware acceleration turned on there is no noticeable difference.
