Proposed Note (based on bug 114705): The RedHat 7.2 TrueType Japanese fonts package has the "Arial" bold italic font aliased to a Japanese font that looks very bad on Western pages. See http://www.redhat.com/support/errata/RHBA-2001-145.html for more details and an updated version of the font package that does not have this problem.

Please change that comment to read "Helvetica" instead of Arial. Full information on the bug is available at the RedHat link Boris provided.

Mozilla now supports the use of socks proxies for mailnews (bug 44995). The value entered in prefs->advanced->proxies->socks host will be used for this. If you have an entry in there which is not a socks proxy, then you will receive an error message, usually "connection refused". You must ensure that this field is left blank unless you require a socks proxy. (reword as needed)

Oh, and add something along the lines of: "The error message will refer to your mail server, not your proxy server. This is a generic networking bug which affects all protocols (bug 56629)"

and: "Note that this means that if you use a socks proxy and want to read mail from localhost (or any site the socks proxy does not ahve access to), you should manually exlude those site(s) from being proxied."
