User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:46.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/46.0 Build ID: 20160421124000 Steps to reproduce: Got to https://developers.google.com/chart/interactive/docs/gallery/piechart#example Hover over blue segment of pie chart until tooltip appears. Then hover of the tooltip itself. Actual results: Tooltip permanently appears and disappears in rapid succession. Expected results: Tooltip should just stay open.
OS: Unspecified → Windows 10

Note that this started with Firefox 46. Version 45.x was fine.
Looks like this is a bug in Google Charts. They have released a new version on the same day, and with that and FF 45 the same problem is seen. So we can close this here again.
