Details

Yesterday the prod went down after issues updating it. This is a place holder issue so we can keep track of the problem

The production server is now back on track. We have to fix several things:

- some deployments issues (I'll let the ops add some detail if they want) 
- removing the kinto pagination option in the config
- fix a migration problem that was removing triggers in postgres. see https://github.com/Kinto/kinto/issues/559#issuecomment-215578637
