User Story

As a room Owner in the room´s ToC, I can edit the room name.

Acceptance criteria:
- Selecting the room name allows editing it
- Current room name length rules apply
- Clicking off of the room name saves the new room name
As a room Owner that is in the room´s ToC tab of a room, I want to be able to edit the room name.
