The url is (in comment 2): http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/log?rev=946ed22cad04431c75ab5093989dfedf1bae5a3e::afd82f887093%20and%20(file(%22glob:toolkit/crashreporter/**%22)%20or%20file(%22glob:browser/config/**%22)) the two last parenthesis are ignored and the link is useless.

Same story as in bug 1241782. Bugzilla intentionally ignores ending characters such as ) and } or ] so that we can easily write things such as (https://example.com) without having the ending parens taken into the URL, which would be wrong most of the time. Before pasting URLs with such characters, ) should be replaced by %29 to avoid such problems.
