User Story

As a room Owner, I can communicate with my friends from any of the tabs.

Acceptance criteria:
- IM:
Text chat will be persistent across sessions
User's color and name will be aligned with the User's presence information
- Audio and Video communication (https://docs.google.com/drawings/d/1rNHIpt94Ynf1GqiIYlhr6K8iR1_1mRvjrOHy4jU4K-U/edit?usp=sharing)
If I am alone in the room audio and video communications will not be showed
If someone joins when I am in the room, I will be prompted to enable audio and video communications and A/V buttons will be showed
If I am not alone in the room when joining I will be prompted to enable audio and video communications
I can always manually mute/unmute the audio/video channels
